When will home consumers be forced to do the same?

This has been their business model for 20+ years.  Now that it has a stable release, its offered to business users as an upgrade.  Business subscriptions has always been where the cash comes from.

Work is on Windows7 and has no plans to upgrade for at least 2-3 more years due to custom software compatability.
