I do not mean this in a flippant manner, I am just curious if the help desk is out for a bit.

I submitted two support tickets a couple of weeks ago and have not received any acknowledgement back.

Not familiar with that, what seems to be the issue? Most likely the people in here are the same or as qualified as the support team.

I recently had to replace my computer and do not have my Installer file to reinstall the game. I asked if I could get a new link to a file.

That's definitely a Thom question. But I think there used to be a FAQ on the website and that was one of the items listed... lost installer file... I think the answer currently seems to be that you'll need to repurchase the game. If you just need the one license I would suggest going through steam but if you want a full bridge set up you should buy through the site.

Sorry I dont have better news and just to be clear I am just some guy on the forum, this should not be considered the official answer.

I, too, an unfamiliar with the "Support" button. I definitely suggest that you contact Thom directly using the "Contact Me" page.

Which website? This formchitchat website, or the Artemis SBS website...

Actually, now that I'm googling around, Thom has several websites.

My apologies, the email I got the link from said 'Support : (link). It sends you to the Contact page where you fill in the details of the problem.
