I was going to try installing Artemis to my Nvidia Shield to use it as a main viewscreen, but on the Google Play Store, Artemis doesn't show up.  I went to the play store in a browser, and tried to install it that way, and it told me that Artemis is incompatible with the Shield TV.

I've used Artemis on other Android devices before without issue.  Any ideas?

Hi:

I just picked up a shield TV last night to try with Artemis.  I didn't get it configured in time for last night's game, but got it working today.  I've put the instructions on how I got it running on my blog (link below).  So far, I have only tested it with one client, but it was working great.

Hope this can help some people!

Thanks!

UPDATE:  The audio/Sound Effects (Warp Drive, Shooting, Explosions, etc...) do not work on the Shield TV.  It is also not working on my Android tablet.  I will update if I can figure out a fix.

This probably doesn't help you folks, but Artemis works fine on the Shield streamed via Nvidia Gamestream using a third party software called "Moonlight." I have the main screen running on a gaming PC in another room, streaming to Nvidia shield via Moonlight; it works pretty well. Occasional audio hiccups.
