Hi!  Anyone here who's also from the food industry who could help me about food safety management?  My Mom is starting up a small cafe and one of her friends suggested that she should have a tool to standardize and centralize all food safety and quality processes and record in a single location.  I'm not sure there's something that does these stuff.  Please help!

Contact your local State department of health.  Most food businesses need to have certification of some sort and reams of paperwork to avoid poisoning the public.

Thank you for the response. Yes, your are correct, a certain permit to operate is required by the government. Even the workers are required to undergo a certain health examination as part of the requirement. Aside from that, a food safety risk management software is also an option some time soon. But this can be considered in the future once everything is established.
