Ximni Awakening Part 1

This mission is a part of a series where crew’s act out the Arvonian invasion of the Ximni. I was thinking that if we decided to do a Summer War type thing this year that this might be atthe core of it, and that it'd be the spiritual Ximni successor to the Ardent Missions...

It's intended for use with a Ximni Jump Drive ship... But, since that might not be your thing the mission doesn’t force you to take such a ship and will work just as well with either warp or even a TSN vessel.

The mission can be played either with a single player ship or multiple player ships, but the difficulty will increase and the mission become harder the more player ships there are. Additional player ships will need to select Main Screen to spawn their ship.

The mission requires some additional graphics files so the server and ALL clients will need the mission installed in their mission folder.

If you like the mission, like the idea of another Summer War, or have any feed back please contact me and let me know. I love to hear your war stories [smile] .

Great.

But be warned. Difficulty wise it's loosely modelled on the Chronicle battles made Mike for Armada so they're tough. Mulstiple ships of course make it easier but the scaling difficult makes it harder so it's a trade off.

Good luck and let me know what you think. Particularly of the added in graphics and mechanics.
