Although mobility is changing the way that we do business, it’s also making it harder to manage documents. This is especially true if you need fast access to a file that is buried within a cabinet – or file server – located in another city. Our company decided to get a cloud-based document management system to make employees more productive – no matter where they are working or what devices they are using.

My question is, what is the best cloud-based document management and backup solution? For those of you who knows, could you please let me know some benefits of cloud-based document management? Thanks!

Just rember that you can never fully trust Cloudbased systems security and since the US enacted CISIA it maybe best to use a Non-US company if you are storing EU Customer Data.

Yes, I agreed to that ! It is not easy to manage documents but I believe that there are providers who are best and reliable in terms of software solutions for managing securely and organizing work flow efficiently.

The thing is, service provider who can efficiently give the best possible service on cloud based document management. The best could be costly while those freelancers could be lacking the experience. Anyway, I still have to look into this provider, seems to me that the services are really good.

I'm looking into Amazon Web Services for file archive usage.  They likely have related categories of products to Document Management.

One of the copier companies Ricoh or Konica if I recall, has a document management service as well.  Worked with a client who had them a few years back.

I find this thread informative. A cloud based system is really important to safeguard the important files and documents.
