Does anyone have a copy of the 2.4.0 version of the software?  I am using 2.7.1 and I am unable to get the 2.4.0 version to run the TNG Mod.

Can you be a little more clear?  Are you looking to downgrade Artemis to 2.4.0? or the TNG mod?  The links for the 2.4.0 TNG mod are still on the first page of this thread, and the 2.4.0 Artemis downgrade are found on the unofficial wiki: http://artemiswiki.pbworks.com/w/page/107829788/Downgrading%20Artemis%20for%20iOS%20or%20Android

Was looking to downgrade to 2.4 since the TNG Mod doesn't work with 2.7.1
Or do you have a TNG Mod that will work with that yet? [wink]  lol
When I click on the "here" on the wiki link there are no downloadables to go to 2.4 or earlier.

TNG mod 2.7.3a tested mostly successfully in the wild! I should have the 2.7.3 mod released in the next few weeks.

I think I will patiently wait as I only have the 2.7.1 and 2.7.3.  This going to be very cool ... the kids have been after me for star trek mod :-)

I'm confused. Last I heard Artemis 2.7.2 was in the making but that it's not available yet. Now you're saying you're working on and almost finished with 2.7.3a. What am I missing?

I'm tracking the TNG mod by Artemis version now, and I'm currently working off a copy of 2.7.3.  I had been working off a copy of 2.7.2.  2.7.3 is basically 2.7.2 with a debug console option, but I'm trying to stay consistent in my own versioning.  The 2.7.3 mod will still work with 2.7.2 since there weren't any changes to the game other than the debug console.  The 2.7.3a nomenclature is my current way of reminding myself that it's in an alpha state 😋

Gotcha. I'm still jealous because you get to work with 2.7.2/2.7.3 while the majority of us don't. It's not even available for download yet. [wink]

For those running the TNG mod I need a crew to test a mission script. It is a version of the Artemis tournaments from Artemis Armada IV, but set in the Star Trek TNG/DS9/VOY universe using Mark's Artemis 2.6 TNG mod.

It is intended to be a Starfleet training exercise at the beginning of the Dominion War.

The script give you a Runabout that can be flown as a shuttle, but I urge you not to use it! The 2.6 TNG mod has a crash bug that can be triggered by shuttles/fighters.

Progress!  3 enemy races in and tested in 2.7.2.  I was running into a level 2 difficulty crash, but I found the typo and fixed it...

Next is the remainder of the races and I might actually have this released!

Hey @markbell I might have found a bug in 2.6 scripts, not sure if it will be the same in 2.7.  or perhaps I could be an issue with our scripts, I am not sure, but Friendly ships are not accepting any commands from communications.

Hmm, I'm not sure why that would be - all friendly ships should have the Friendly tag, so they should respond as stock ships would.  

In other news, I should have a release by later this week!

Are you taling about scenarios or missions? In my experience, sometimes you need to set this up in scripted missions yourself, despite the friendly tag, while scenarios generally do this for you.
