I tried playing this with a group of friends last Friday. My laptop had the latest 2.2.0 update from Steam and was running the server. My iPod, iPad, and Kindle all had the latest versions available from the stores installed (2.1.1 on the apple products, 2.1.0 on the Kindle).

As soon as any of the tablet devices connected to the client and clicked "Ready", the tablet app crashed.

When will 2.2.0 become available for Apple products and Kindle? Is there anything that can be done to fix the game to make it workable until the proper patches are available on all platforms?

Until App version is updated, if you want to play with them then PC version 2.1.1 is the most current you can use.

2.2 is intended to be a beta version. Honestly, Steam probably shouldn't be releasing it yet, but that's how it goes. Hopefully version 2.2.1 will be released soon, and a release for the tablet versions will follow.

If you need to downgrade from 2.2 to 2.1 and don't have it, download the patch from this site and install it in the 2.2 directory. I'm almost 100% certain it will work. (But save a copy of the original directory just in case)

Installing the downgrade patch does work with the steam directory version. Also its Thorms decsion to release 2.2 on steam not valves. there is an option with steam games to have a beta build but thorm has chosen to release 2.2.0 as a full build.

Is there any information on if/when the update can be expected for mobile devices?
