Is there a way to check whether a neutral is inside a nebula?

Is there a way to check if a nebula exists at a given point?

I believe the answer is no. The best you can do is deploy a cloud of nebulae in a circle and check whether the neutral is within that circle.

Technically, you could deploy your nebulae randomly, but using the same seed every time. That way each nebula would be in exactly the same spot every time, so you could constantly check whether your neutral was within all of those circles. That would be a lot of coding, but it would work.

That said, the Artemis software does know whether or not a nebula exists at any given point, but that information is not exposed to the mission scripting system.
