Big High Five to Artemis players Sweden!

Yeah sure. If you want me to add in some more engineering controls I will get to it.

Truth be told I've been playing way too much Gothic Armada and Warmachine lately, and haven't had time for much else [wink] .

Feedback - the best you can give another person [smile]

Any updates on the ENG work btw?

So, we tried the 5a the other day and it is great. With acctually all the other GM tools malfunctioning in some way yours is the only one the always is reliable - big plus

For the next update:
- When lowing the shields of the player ship to 0 the player cannot repair it. I think this was possible before in the older versions. Doable?
- More shortcuts/hotkyes, they really help to keep the storyline flowing

Kepp it up as always...

Ok Swede. We were at 45 downloads but I just swapped out the file.

I added in the ability to repair and damage systems on the ship selected by the GM. It's in the "FRIENDLIES" menu.

Download from the starting post, give it a try and let me know how it works for you. [biggrin]

This Program Looks Awesome

I would love to be able to use this but I am not the most program savvy.

Thus far I have downloaded unzipped the folder and place that in the missions folder but when I run the scripted scenario it is telling that there is a file name mismatch.  Any help on how to install and use this program would be great

The file needs to be in a folder with exactly the same name inside the Mission Folder.

So open the zip and copy the folder into the mission folder.

Does that help any?

Thanks for the very quick response!  Yes I found my mistake and I did get it working ...sort of.

I have run into some other issues.  I am going to keep playing with it when I can, and if I can't get things figured out I will let you know

Thanks
Again

I don't know if I did something wrong, but all of the sudden I can't see the menus anymore.  I see the comm panel and the Instructions panel, but everything else is gone.  The instructions panel doesn't display anything either.  Any ideas?

Thanks!

If you're not set up by the time the script is actually run they won't appear... But there is a built in "fail safe".

As the GM press the "M" button on your keyboard. That should spawn the menus.

Does that help?

Arrew, my man!  Great job on the new Sandbox.  I finally got to use it in a game last night and it was really great.

I have a question about the friendly ships.  When I make, for example, a terran battleship, how to I tell it what to attack/defend as the GM?

Also, how do I make these friendly ships respond to player comms station commands? Every friendly ship I created as the GM refused to follow orders from the Artemis comms station.

Thanks!

Hi Rich,

Well the menus could do with a shift around but thanks for the feedback.

There is an option to make ships follow Comms commands look at Hostiles then AI and Follow COMMs or something.

I can't remember if there is a "not follow comms" option. After you say this I think I should add it in. But just too busy with life right now.

The defend options and stuff were bugged in scripting and can only be done while in game by the comms client. Unless that's changed?
