I wish it was the ship wasn't able to keep up with the cost of running it so we had to cut it for now [frown]

Well that sucks. [frown] If I lived even remotely close to you guys I would have definitely bought tickets.

Hopefully you can revive it later. Best of luck!

looks like you could market it as two fold, one a mission simulator and two a mobile escape room.

I am assuming it is mobile anyway...

some people would love to pretend they are on a space ship, some love those escape rooms, you could have three scenarios to meet those needs.

First where it is just the mission simulator,

Second, where it is just an escape room that maybe starts with a short mission, then the crew has to repair the ship since all the life pods have misfired or been blown up/whatever and now their only escape is to get the ship functional and hightail it out of that sector,

Third where there is no mission, just a room where the escape pods (aka the exit) only opens up once the puzzles have been solved. the room could be fitted with only one working console that has a puzzle to sove that activates a second console or provides a key to activate the main computer restoring lights or whatever and each console has part of the code for the shuttle bay doors or the escape pod or whatever...

Just a thought to help you get your investment back.

It's always fun to think about and plan a full-scale commercial Artemis spaceship simulation, but really what we folks on the forum love to see more than anything else are pictures. [biggrin] It doesn't matter if it's big or small, full immersion or just some computers scattered around, for profit or just for you and your friends, we'll love to see the pics in any case!

Good luck, and we'll stay tuned. [smile]

I think you could make it work in conjunction with a Bed and Breakfast. You don't charge people to play Artemis, you charge them to stay in your B&B with the attraction of an attached starship bridge. You could even offer a package in which they immerse themselves living aboard a starship for an entire weekend.

If you can do it in a location where people would visit then I say definitely yes. You could get some backing.
