I was aiming to keep the initial post digestable... I'll put together the step by step with the plans soon.

Also, for those drivable/within transporter range, we're running a game Sunday May 28th. Just saying.

Getting ready for our next game, I'm putting together some logos, labels, plaques, etc...

Here's the first sample (there will be more..)

Detail:

Although, I'll be making a couple of changes. For instance, one of my officers pointed out that it should be Coil - Field Generation - Tri-phase Helical to follow appropriate hierarchy of type.

More to come!

We ran a game over Memorial Day weekend, rousing success! Only a couple of TSN craft lost to the errant usage of mines.

I remembered to shoot a couple of photos during the game (video clips, too) and the next day while I was cleaning up I shot some individual station photos.

Overview of bridge:

Captain's Chair with Weapons in foreground:

Helm, the screen on the right is a mirror of the science office, that way science can use the cursor to show helm features that they may need to be aware of. Also, I was watching the BBC show Space Cadets while doing my photoshoot and clean up, that main screen would normally be the ship's main screen:

Comms with a second monitor to display the Captain's Map overview:

We were playing with a Carrier all night, which is a new favorite, so the following are for the Fighters.

This is the button that controls the flashing red light/klaxxon that signals the fighters to launch. It isn't integrated to the game, but just runs straight off the button on press.

Here are a couple photos from the fighter bay, earlier in the night, before we had all 5 seats filled.

I bought one of the really cheap projectors (the worst quality!) and used it to project a Data map on the board. It is almost worse than useless for anything that requires fine resolution, the ability to read any of the words, or any specific information at all. The pixel size is bananas! But it kind of gives a super Star Wars-y style overview.

Also, here's a quick pick of our DMX boards - 2x 27 channel boards and a 12V/29A power supply:
