Somehow my word processor messed up these files and made them completely unreadable. Would it be possible to post links in PDF format?

Awesome, thanks! While we're waiting for a 2.7 BSG Mod, any chance someone could throw in a link for the 2.6 BSG Mod? I love the pictures in this thread and want to give the mod a go but can't find a link anywhere.

To tell you the truth, I think the 2.7 Comms console is going to feel very BSG.

So, we tried out the 2.6 BSG mod during our hardware test and it ran smoothly. At the convention last weekend, however, we kept running into problems when too many bridges logged into the server. I'm not sure why this happened or if it has anything to do with the mod, but I thought it might be a good idea to throw this out there since the 2.6 BSG mod is a beta version and from what I heard work is underway for the 2.7.1 BSG mod.

Thank you for the update! I will pass this along. BTW.... what different levels did you play on? And did you play any missions or simply the solo/coop games? How many bridges did you have?

Thanks for passing it along. At the convention we played standard scenarios, solo single front to teach newbies the controls and then a 4-bridge coop siege scenario to really get the juices flowing. I believe the solo scenarios were usually level 4 and for the siege we would ramp it up to 5, 6, 7, or sometimes even 8, depending on how well the crews seemed to handle the game. From what I can gather, during our hardware test we ran the game for maybe 15-20 minutes. I believe we did a quick PvP game with one person per bridge desperately trying to handle 5-6 laptops. Thinking back, I'm almost certain that we didn't run a coop test scenario and maybe that was part of the problem; or rather, we might have spotted the problem earlier if it was scenario related. In the future, to properly portray the post-Cylon War BSG universe, we might opt for a solo scenario with one bridge and another 18-20 laptops running fighter squadrons of 3 or 4 fighters each. The main reason why we run multi-ship games is so that Comms has more to do. However, instead of other battlestars to talk to, handling several fighter squadrons will likely keep Comms very busy.
