A link to your steam library would work fine for that. I could send over 1.702 with the promise from you of not distributing it out to people who havent purchased the game.

Moreover Steam provides electronic receipt proving your point when you buy any game from them.

How would I do that? I have only two Steam games (not a big Steam fan) and Artemis is one of them. Of course you have my word. I am only going to play this with my kids. They love it on the Kindled Fires (if it would just stop disconnecting after one game).

All youd need to do is send a private message with your steam name (preferably URL to your profile, sometimes people have the same name as some 500 other people and finding the exact one is next to impossible) and POSSIBLY to add you as a friend (if your account is set to private, I won't be able to see the games you own) then I could make sure you do indeed have it (sorry, I know too many people who tried to lie their way past this test and say they bought it but didn't), then I'll send you a private message on here with a link to the archived 1.702 I have. If you choose so and I did need to add you as a friend on steam, I can then unfriend you as well (have something at the end of your message saying youd want this and I'd happily do so).

Option two would be to take a screenshot of your Steam transaction history or digital reciept and obviously blur out any personal info.

Hope I can help you out!

Hi - I have a problem with this as well.

First I purchased the six-pack to find that it only works on Win machines, which is a problem for my friends who run other OS'.

Second and most important - I bought the iPAD version thinking I could link, only to find that its 1.7 and not compatible. Don't tell me I will have to BUY a new version of the iPad app to connect to my computer server?

2.0 won't be out on IOS and android till October. I do not know what the price will be.

As for so there are some ways to run it. If I remember correctly it involves wine. You can there should be some posts about how to do it in helm or troubleshooting.

Well that's pretty damned misleading isn't it?  Why isn't this clearly shown in purchasing? Now I have 7 copies of a software that I can't use one anything but one machine.

If you looked through the Q&A before purchasing it all of that was stated.

Did the title say steam play?  Because when I purchased it only had a Winblows logo

Steam makes it obvious what OS games can run on, with little icons above the Buy buttons.  And it is explicitly listed in hardware requirements as well.

Any idea when the iOS version 2 release will be?
I've seen estimates that say 'October' but there's only about a week left and no announcement.
About half of my bridge, including me, use iPads. Since the update our friends want to play 2.0, and have paid for it, but they'd rather not leave the rest of us out and play with half a bridge. The store and website promise compatibility between the iPad and PC versions; they've been incompatible for more than two months now. I appreciate that these things take time, but I would have thought two months would have been enough, and if it isn't then please say something rather than just leaving us wondering if we've wasted our money.

I'm not complaining, but I need to toss my hat in on the 'where is the ipad update' ring.  My crew plays half on PCs and half on Ipads; I bought the update for PCs (paid full price, gladly, instead of using a discount) but am waiting to update the game until we can all play together.

This is where Thom needs to have all posts also be here on the forums or on the main website. He said around 2 weeks ago that they were getting close to done with the mobile versions and that they should be out sometime soon. I do admit that it would be nice for more communication, but issues like this where things are delayed in coming out or just flat out take longer than early estimates happen all the time in programming. I do however hope that the mobile clients released somewhat closer to the PC version, even if it meant the PC version being delayed by a bit to allow for time coding the mobile version.
