My son and I have added Artemis to our flight sim center in North Carolina. We are still working out the bugs before we offer it to the public. It would be a great family activity. We are using the Star Trek Mod since we are Trekkies.
We have a station for each officer and a projector. We also have 4 more flight stations to use for fighters once we figure out how to incorporate the controllers.[smile]

Good luck! It sounds awesome!

IMO the Star Trek mod is very popular but it's not quite as engaging as the stock game. The stock version has more torpedo types, monsters, mission types, and mission scripts. These would not make sense in the Star Trek universe, but they give Communications, Science, and Weapons a bunch of more interesting ways to help the team. Also, the stock version is less demanding on computer hardware.

Thanks for the info. We kept a back-up copy of Artemis just incase. My son, 19, is hell-bent on Star Trek. We did see a whale, but never pursued it. Maybe next time.
